Antonio Hernández Crane has more than 20 years of managing global employee relations and inclusive employee experiences with several Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, McDonald’s, Exelon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Abbott. He began his career serving as director of global multicultural public relations with McDonalds Corporation. Hernández Crane most recently served as Head of Employee Engagement for Amazon’s Global Engineering and Security Services division. He has a strong record of advising C-Suite and Boards on building high-trust, compliant, and equitable workplaces. He is a recognized subject matter expert in managing complex workplace investigations and delivering defensible findings and strategic guidance.

Hernández Crane also was appointed Chair of COVID-19 Advisory Communications for the entire Blue Cross Blue Shield System. He is a Past-President of the Public Relations Society of America Foundation, Past-
President of the U.S. Hispanic Public Relations Association, and a former board member of the Illinois Safe Schools Alliance.

Hernández Crane holds certificates in Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Law, Complaint Processing, Counseling, and Resolution Training, and Workforce Diversity Management from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

His presentations have included Harvard Law School’s The New World of Work Summit; DePaul University Guest Lecturer on Consumer and Workforce Insights for Global Marketing & Advertising; and The Changing Face of Advertising & Entertainment at the American Advertising Federation DEI Leadership Conference.
